To protect our members' nonpublic personal information, we only use vendors that agree that they will maintain the strictest confidentiality of members' nonpublic information and only use the information for the purposes intended. In order to conduct the business operations of the Credit Union, we may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you under other circumstances as permitted or required by law. If you decide to terminate your membership with First Bristol Federal Credit Union, we will not share information we have collected about you except as may be permitted by law.

All officers, directors, members of committees and employees of this Credit Union must hold in confidence all transactions of this Credit Union with its members and all information respecting their personal affairs, except when permitted by state or federal law.
