VISA Updater – to make things more convenient.

VISA Account Updater is a service that allows VISA to supply your FBFCU VISA Debit Card information any time it changes to each of your automatic bill payment merchants, such as your insurance provider, cable provider or health club. Typically this will occur when your VISA Debit Card is reissued to you with a new expiration date, but it may also happen if you lose your VISA Debit Card and it is reissued to you with a new card number and expiration date. Having this service will save you the inconvenience of notifying each automatic bill payment merchant individually with your new information and will ensure that you do not experience an interruption in service. If you do not wish to participant in the VISA Account Updater service, please call the Credit Union at 860-584-0956.

Mobile Wallet - The perks of your FBFCU VISA Debit Card with the convenience of your mobile phone.

You can now pay with your phone instead of having to pull out your FBFCU VISA Debit Card at thousands of Merchant locations. It’s quicker and safer. Instead of supplying the Merchant with your personal Card information, a virtual token (a unique randomized set of letters and numbers) is sent from your phone representing your personal Card information. Your personal Card information is never sent to the Merchant.

So today is the day to add your FBFCU VISA Debit Card to your Mobile Wallet. You can add your Card to Apple Pay™, Android Pay™, or Samsung Pay™. Don't have a Mobile Wallet yet, start one today with your Card. It's easy.

  • Download a Mobile Wallet app if you need to,
  • Add your Card information to your new or existing Wallet,
  • Access your Wallet when you check out at a participating Merchant, select your Card and hold your device up to the terminal to pay.

Mobile Banking with Card Management - Protect the cards in your wallet with the mobile phone in your pocket.

With Card Management you can protect yourself anytime! You can turn your FBFCU VISA Debit Card on when you want to use it and off when you don't. Can't find your Card? Turn your Card off in seconds and then simply turn it back on when you find it (under the couch). Want to limit the use of where your card can be used? Mobile Banking with Card Management lets you do that too.

Have all or part of your paycheck deposited straight into your Credit Union account. Most employers have their own forms for you to fill out for this. You will need our Transit and Routing Number: 211176684 and your full account number. You can find your checking account number on the bottom of your checks; however, you can always ask a Credit Union representative for your full account number or if you don’t have a checking account you can use your savings account number.
